An Emotional Closure
In a poignant Instagram post, Brandi and Brittany Artis announced the closure of their restaurant:
"Two weeks ago, our lives were turned upside down. During the mass shooting that took place in front of our restaurant, we were inside with our team members and family. What was supposed to be an evening of art, laughter, and connection turned into a moment of unimaginable fear and grief. [...] We will not be defined by this violence, but we will never forget. ♥"
They thank the community for its support and ask for continued respect for the privacy of the staff, victims, and affected families.
